So we didn't present the Eight Texture Cake till last Saturday. We had to make the Milk Chocolate Praline Disk and the Dark Chocolate Disk. We also had to redo the Dacquoise because it had become soggy. We rush, panicked and started assembling in 4 hours. We took pictures while assembling and after we were done.
